Immunization

We strongly believe that vaccines are a critical component to the long term health of your children. They promote health and wellness and protect our community from serious disease.

We believe that they are supported by years and years of studies and are safe. We encourage all of our patients to follow our recommended vaccination schedule but are available to discuss vaccine concerns with our patients. If you decide that you do not want to vaccinate your child (children) you must sign a refusal to vaccine form to be kept on file.  If you refuse to sign the form, unfortunately we will not be able to see your child(children) for their appointment.  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
