Your First Visit

From the moment you walk through the door, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly staff members with a smile.

Our Front Office Associates will be sure to take down any updated information, document insurance cards and collect co-pays for each child. The front desk staff will also discuss insurance procedures in detail, which may involve you contacting your insurance company and selecting us as your new primary care physician.

We ask that all new patients arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment so they can begin filling out their new patient information packet. You will then have a brief wait in our warm, clean, waiting room and will be called back by one of our nurses. The front staff may also ask you to sit in our Well Baby waiting room if your child is an infant and here for a well check. Please note that other patients may be called ahead of you even if you checked in first, as they may be seeing a different clinician.

Once your child is called, you will then be taken back into the clinical area by one of our nursing staff.
